six

six months old.

soph has been up to a lot this month.

she is getting so big.

eating rice cereal and baby food, hooray!

this is her first bite of cereal. mmm.

she didn't love the cereal all that much, but she loves to eat.

playing in the laundry.

where's sophie? there she is...

she LOVES when you throw clean, warm laundry on top of her.

wearing new dresses.

this is one of the very first things i picked out for her when i found out she was a girl. i just love it on her.

jumping (or swinging) at grandma's.

she didn't quite get the jumping. she loved it as a swing, though!

sleeping on her tummy.

she is now a tummy sleeper. she rolls over as soon as you lay her down. she has also decided she doesn't want to sleep as long or as much. not cool.

playing at the park.

working on the chub.

happy girl.

oh, and holding her own bottle.

she used to just like to help hold it, but now she just wants to do it herself. she is very grabby lately. with everything. hair. earrings. food. bottle. anything.

more grabbing.

she thinks she needs anything i have.

she loves to play on our bed. she thinks she's so big.

sitting up.

all by herself. she does really well and only falls occasionally. and, she doesn't even care when she falls over.

messes. and fuzzy hair.

she is a disaster when she eats. at least she enjoys it.

she has got so much more hair in the last month. it is really filling in and getting really fuzzy. i'm pretty sure she has jd's hair. it sticks straight up.

i think she weighs about 14 pounds now. pretty sure her length is the same. she keeps gaining weight, but not height! 6 months stats to come...
