we had a lovely easter.
we went to the west haven easter egg hunt with emi, allison, and grandma.
unfortunately we were about 30 seconds too late and we missed most of it. sophie got about 3 pieces of candy, but she was happy.

she got a stuffed sheep, bugs, a car, and eggs filled with raisins, goldfish and money.
we tried to take some pictures outside before church.
of course we were in a hurry and someone didn't want to cooperate.
there were a few tears. luckily, not from me.

after church we had an easter egg hunt at grandma's house.
she did so good finding all the yellow eggs. she learned how to say "eggs" and "yellow" and she was pointing them all out.
we loved spending time together and with family celebrating our Savior and His resurrection.
He lives! So grateful for the knowledge and love of our Savior.
