we teach the 10 year olds in primary.
last week in primary jd said something about brothers and sisters.
one of the girls interrupted jd and asked if we were brother and sister.
jd replied, "yeah brother and sister kitchen". she was still confused.
then she asked, "so you guys are married?"
i can't believe they thought we were brother and sister all this time.
then the rest of the class joined in saying how we have the same color hair, the same eyes, the same nose, etc.
then one kid says, "yeah and you both have a rough face."
what? what does that mean? sad!
i know this picture is a little old and i don't really look like that anymore, but a rough face?
do we really look THAT much alike?

We teach the 6 year olds and they still think we are brother and sister even after we told them we weren't! kids are just funny!
that is so classic guys! I also teach primary and the kids are a joy! You better write that one in your journal so you can always laugh about it.
Kids are so funny. I definitely don't think that you have a rough face! JD might though. . . My friend's in primary and she had a funny story. Guess one kid randomly announced, "when mommy and daddy clean the shower that's their alone time. We're not allowed to go in while they have their alone time." Thought it was hilarious and I'd share!
Oh, kids can be so funny sometimes! I think you have the same color hair, but you definately look different.
We have gotten that same comment more than once... and not ever from children!! Ha ha. I do not think you two look like brother and sister; but you do look like a cute couple!
That's a funny story. Kids say the funniest things. Hey can I get your address? My sister is throwing me a baby shower Dec.6
